The host of the CityNet Secretariat from establishment in 1987 up until its relocation in 2013, Yokohama serves as CityNet's President Emeritus.
First Vice President
Makati City Government, Philippines
Makati is the First Vice President City and has held this position since 2018. Prior to Makati's election as the First Vice President City, it served as the Second Vice President since 2010.

Kuala Lumpur City Hall, Malaysia
Kuala Lumpur is the Second Vice President City since 2018, and the host for the 9th CityNet Congress in 2022.
